AllerCoach

In 2014 I had a watershed moment. Trip after trip to the ER, feeling isolated in my food allergy diagnosis, and the creeping despair over the prognosis, motivated me to make a change. That change was to become a certified AllerCoach.

Through AllerCoach I have been able to take the years hard fought in the food allergy trenches to help others. This venture has to be one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. Each client brings their own challenges and together we set goals and make a plan to flourish. I never thought all those years of tears and heart ache would have reaped such a reward! It is my absolute joy to assist others struggling with their food allergy diagnosis to discover ways to enjoy life again.

Although AllerCoaches are certified in coaching and food allergy management for individuals, they are not registered physicians, psychologist, dietitians, or legal professionals. We cannot guarantee allergic reactions will not happen, as new allergies can come on at any time. We do our very best to educate clients on the highest level of safety but it is up to each client to take appropriate action in their personal lives.
